Property documents provided by you (EPC certificates, sale documents, and similar) are not shared with any third party.
enerBLD is based in the Netherlands, and your data is primarily processed within the European Economic Area (EEA).
Some sub-processors (e.g., Stripe in the United States) may process data outside the EEA. Where this occurs, transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or by an adequacy decision under Article 45 GDPR.
